I got a flyer announcement from TD Ameritrade yesterday about their Municipal Bond offering with City of Dallas. Municipal bonds are securities issued by or on behalf of U.S. state and local governments, agencies and authorities to fund specific public projects. 




TD Ameritrade is participating in an offering of a municipal bond. The City of Dallas, Texas is offering these bonds in order to refund existing debt.
